Ambience: 10++++++ The food is excellent—in fact, much better than excellent—all fresh and authentic, cooked just right. There's no set menu, but it changes daily. Perfect for meat lovers, but even vegetarians like me will find exquisite, mind-blowing dishes. Everyone's bellies will be super full! Compliments to the chef; every pairing was delicious, from appetizers to desserts. Special mention goes to the wines, especially the house one, and the olive oil, which is truly exceptional. “ Typical Piedmontese restaurant in the mountains. That day there was a fixed menu (meat-based and Surprise?!). Starting with the dip (fresh vegetables), then the appetizer of grated carrots and sliced meat . This was followed by the Giro type dishes. We were offered/distributed the dish of the day, including veal ribs, polenta concia , hamburgers, raw meat, baked new potatoes, other meat dishes, and cooked vegetables (if you didn't want it, you didn't order it, and if you still wanted it, you ordered more). Fast and very courteous service (very kind waitresses). Organic and excellent quality ingredients. P.S. the cashier is a real treat ”
